Addyson Charlene Deal

Addyson Charlene Deal, age 11, received her wings on March 20,2022. Addyson was born on February 21,2011 in Arlington, Texas. A sassy, feisty, care free, outspoken, outgoing girl, Addyson was known by her friends and family as the one to leave a little sparkle everywhere she went.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 25, 2022, at Pathway Church. Burial will follow in Caddo Cemetery. Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 24, 2022, at Mountain Valley Funeral Home.

Addy walked to the beat of her own drum. She even proudly sang the lyrics she “thought” she heard.

Addyson was always surrounded by her family and friends, and was the life of any occasion. She loved climbing the tree in the front yard with a face full of make up. She loved singing, dancing, drawing and making any and everyone smile, even complete strangers.

Addyson is survived by her loving parents, Kayla and Brody Strain, her father, Daniel Deal, sister Kameryn Deal, 4 legged brothers, Bowen and Bentley, Grandparents Greg Hooker, Ann Kostak and Ken Williams, and Jodie Deal. Uncles Kiefer Hooker and Aaron Deal, as well as her Aunts Lainey Hooker and Kristen Deal. Addy will be missed terribly by her cousins Brendan, Jackson, Quinn, Chaseton, Morgan, Andi, and Cole. Proceeded in death by her great grandfather Jerry Hooker, great grandma Charlene Kostak, grandfather Stephen Deal, great uncle Joe Kostak and cousin Megan Hooker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ronald McDonald House or the Johnson County Child Advocacy Center in Addy’s Honor.
