Allen K. Armstrong

Allen K. Armstrong, 75 of Joshua, a retired Air Force MSGT, and Lockheed-Martin Engineer, died Monday April 4, 2011 at his home in Joshua. Graveside Service: 1 p.m. Monday, April 11, 2011 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, Grand Prairie. Mr. Armstrong was born March 30, 1936 in Erick,Oklahoma to John Hardy and Oleta Louise Brown Armstrong. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during Korea and Viet Nam, retiring as a MSGT after 23 years of service. He married Wasana Homsiri on June 28, 1973 in Thailand. He loved to work on and fly airplanes. He was a 32nd degree Master Mason and member of Crowley Masonic Lodge. Survivors: Wife, Wasana Armstrong of Joshua; son, John Armstrong and wife, Roxann of Joshua; daughter, Oleta Clouse and husband, Brian of Crowley; 1 brother; 7 sisters; grandchildren, Rowan, Jadelee, Carly, Allen.
