Anna Lynette Johnson

Anna L. Johnson, a resident of Joshua, TX passed from this life early Monday morning of January 23, 2023. She was a loving mother, wife, daughter and Christian woman. Formerly a teacher for JISD, she had been a substitute teacher for over 12 years. Anna Johnson was born on August 22, 1967 in Crane, TX and graduated from Pasadena High School and Abilene Christian University (’87). She was a member of the Alvarado Church of Christ and enjoyed cooking, decorating her home, being with her church friends, and watching the Texas Rangers.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen Johnson, parents, Jerry and  Linda Franklin,  and five children,  two sons-in-law and one grandson. Keegan and Toria (Johnson) Palmer and Sawyer Palmer of Harker Heights, Abigail Johnson of Dallas, Tabitha Johnson of Oklahoma City, Noah and Rachel (Johnson) Lockhart of Lubbock and Jared Johnson of Lubbock.
