Ardee Floyd

Ardee Winfield Floyd, 75, a ret. professional truck driver, passed away Wed., April 25, 2012, in Joshua. Graveside Service: Mon., 10:00 am at Godley Cemetery in Godley. Visitation: Sun., 2-4 at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Ardee was born April 18, 1937 in Alhambra, California to T. T. and Eula Mulanex Floyd. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and Texas National Guard. Ardee enjoyed working on his farm, being outdoors, his family and truck driving. Survivors: wife of 15 years, Donna Floyd of Joshua; daughters, D'Aun MacDiarmid and husband Gary of Copper Canyon, Zanette O'Dell of Whitney; son, Justin Huffman and wife Irene of Godley; brother Roy Glen Floyd of Pampa, TX; beloved pet, Mohawk; 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
