Barbara Belcher

Barbara Belcher was born in Fort Worth, Texas April 16, 1942, to Charlotte Morris and Alvin Sterley, she gained her angel wings Friday, February 14, 2025.

She was a loving mother, exceptional memaw and devoted sister.

She was survived in death by her mother Charlotte Carmichael, Father Alvin Sterley, daughter Kimberly Powell, great granddaughter Cassidy Jarmon, nephew Jon Carmichael, and brother in law Robert Locke.

She is survived by her son Stephen Belcher, daughter Kelly Belcher and her children Jennifer Stoneman, Black Bledsoe Sledge, and Tommy Bledsoe, daughter Kerri McWilliams and her husband Michael with daughter Blis, Kimberly's Children Brittany Powell, Jordan Powell, and Kali Powell. Great grandchildren, Keighton, CJ, Callie, Sammi, Tyson, Logan, Annabelle, Abriella, Ayeden, Azeleigh, Ace, Axton, Aeson, Novi, Avery, Alex, Isbella, Indi, and Araya. Her sister, Crystal Carmichael Locke and brother Tim and wife Tami, along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She had a long and successful career at Walls Industries in Cleburne, Texas, where she made many Loving and Long-lasting Friendships.
