Barbara Ann Taylor, 75, of Joshua, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016. Funeral Service: 10AM Saturday, October 15th, Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6-8PM Friday, October 14th, at the funeral home. Interment: Caddo Cemetery following service. Barbara was born, September 9, 1941 in Joshua, to Denver and Willie (Robinson) Smith. She loved to do word searches, canning, and crocheting. Barbara loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren and her dog. Preceded in death by husband, Sam; her parents; brother, Richard; and twin sister, Elizabeth. Survivors: daughter, Sandra McDougal and husband, Robert of Itasca; sons, Carl Rogers and wife, Jo of Rio Vista, Harold Rogers of Cleburne, Tim Rogers and wife, Jeannette of Rio Vista; grandchildren, Krissy and husband, Jason, Chisum, Amanda and husband Brett, Taylor, Calvin and wife, Tana, Dustin and wife, Kayla, Cammie Jo, Casey, Lindsi and husband, Chris, Calley and husband, Travis, and Kayden; several great-grandchildren; sister, Willie Steele and husband, David; sister-in-law, Karen Smith.
