Benjamin Iles, 30, of Bastrop, TX passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Florida. Visitation will be Thursday, October 18, 6-8 pm, at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Joshua, TX. A celebration of life will be held Friday, October 19th at 10 am at Reece Prairie Baptist Church. Burial will be at Tolar Cemetery. Ben was born June 17, 1988 in Fort Worth to Larry and Trish Iles. He had an adventurous and loving spirit. His passions included family, friends, and anything outdoors. His grandfathers preceded him in death, C.D. Christian and Marvin Glen Iles. He is survived by his parents, Larry and Trish Iles; his sister Allison Taylor and her husband Nate, and two nephews, Garrett and Tristan Taylor; grandmothers, Mary Christian and Earline Iles; his godson Boston Rye, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and many close friends. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to Alzheimer's Association, Spark Ministry, or the charity of your choice.
