Benny lived in several communities in west Texas where he worked in the oil fields. He also was a home builder in Burleson and the surrounding area. He owned and operated Builders Cabinets for well over 40 years.
Some of his hobbies included raising and racing greyhounds, raising and racing pigeons, and hunting/digging for arrowheads with his family. He also enjoyed a good game of pool. He loved to be with family and was always up for a reunion or gathering of friends. He was a strong patriarch of his family, a good friend to all, a man who would give his shirt for a friend.
He was a good father who always took care of his children and did the best he could to teach and guide them.
Benny was a Christian man and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church, Burleson, Texas. Our family takes comfort in the fact that he is with Jesus now and we will see him again someday.
