Billie Ruth Clegg, 79 of Fort Worth, entered Heaven on July 13, 2009. Funeral: 2:00 P.M. Friday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel, 3407 SW Wilshire Blvd. Joshua, TX 76058. Interment: Union Hill Cemetery in Joshua. Visitation: 7-9 P.M. Thursday at the funeral Home. Billie Ruth Clegg was born Dec. 31, 1929 near Talihina, Oklahoma. She was a Fort Worth resident, 25 year Bell Helicopter retiree, and founder of the charity, "The Beginnings Ministry." Survivors: Son, Joe Clegg; daughter, Carmen Arn and husband, Norm; sister, Helen Emmert and husband, Jack of Joshua; four grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
