BURLESON -- Billy P. Hall, 81 of Burleson, a retired national sales manager for Towne Square Furniture Co. in Hillsboro, died Monday February 16, 2009 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service: 11:00 A.M. Saturday. Interment: Burleson Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8 P.M. Friday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society or Emery J. Lilge Hospice House at Huguley. Mr. Hall was born June 10, 1927 in Duncan Okla., to Harvey Q. and Nannie J. Cleveland Hall. He married Helen E. Schneider on Dec. 21, 1946 in Premont, Texas. He proudly served his country in the U.S Navy during WW II. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Burleson, a master mason, and member Polytechnic Lodge # 925 in Fort Worth. He enjoyed fishing, dove and quail hunting, and was an avid reader of history. He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Patrick Neal Hall. Survivors: Wife of 62 years, Helen Hall; son, Michael E. Hall and wife, Scherrie; daughter, Katharine E. Burge and husband, Larry; mother, Nannie J. Hall; sister, Nancy L. Welch; grandchildren, Melissa Eeds and husband, Scott, Amy Olson and husband, Shawn, Erik Harmon, Quentin Hall and wife, Michelle; great grandchildren, Lindsey Powell, Zachary and Kelsey Olson, Emily, Courtney, and Alan Eeds, Natalie Harmon.
