JACKSONVILLE -- Billy Ray Joslin, 75, a retired machinist, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, in Tyler. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Tuesday in Rose Hill Cemetery in Cleburne. Billy was born Jan. 23, 1932, in Grand Saline to Gordon and Annie Vineyard Joslin. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during Korea. He maried Edwina Black on July 30, 1992. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Ponta, and a loving husband, father and grandfather. Survivors: Wife, Edwina Black; Daughter, Lynda Farmer of Weatherford; sons, Tom Joslin and wife, Kim of Benbrook, Johnny Joslin and wife, Darlene of Godley, Kelvin Joslin of Brazos; grandchildren, Phillip, Joshua, Aaron, Rebbecca, Jon; eight great-grandchildren; brother, James Joslin and wife, Joy of Arlington; sister, Jean Russell and husband, Will of Fort Worth.
