Billy Wayne Phillips, 82, of Burleson, passed on to a better place on Sunday, August 12, 2019 in Burleson.
Bill was born October 27, 1936, in Chico, Texas to Gifford Forest and Opal Lee (Stubblefield) Phillips. He was diagnosed and treated for pancreatic cancer in 2008. He was surrounded by his three girls when his body gave up the fight after a third return of the cancer. Bill was a rock for his family; kind, strong, and lovingly supportive. He was a devoted husband to Lyndell, an incredible dad to Carmen, the BEST Gandy to Bailey, and the "perfect" big brother to Ron. He will be dearly missed
Survivors: wife, Lyndell Dennis Phillips; daughter, Carmen Lynn (Phillips) Biggs; granddaughter, Bailey Lynn Biggs; brother Ronald Lee Phillips and wife Linda; other relatives and friends.
