Bobby "Bob" Wayne Hale Bobby "Bob" Wayne Hale died peacefully in Ft. Worth on Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at the age of 72. Celebration of Life: a reception will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016. Bob was born on June 21, 1943 in Roscoe, TX to Clifford Wayne & Bobby Jean Morrow Hale. Bob grew up in Snyder, Texas. After graduation from Snyder High School, he served his country in the army during the Vietnam Era. After the army he started his careers with Texas Department of Public Safety in 1968 as a highway patrolman. He then worked for SWBT (AT&T) until he retired to his beloved Hale's Angus Acre Farm in 1991. Those who knew him best knew him as "Mokey", Dad & Grandpa. Known for his wit and great sense of humor, he energized gatherings of friends and family. Like his father, he was a diverse handyman and loved tinkering with all kinds of fix-it projects. He enjoyed working with photographic editing on his computer. Bob is preceded in death by his father. Survivors: Bob leaves behind his beloved wife of 35 years Nancy (nee Schuck): "Mokey was the love of my life and brought me joy every day. I will miss him terribly but I am at peace knowing he is no longer suffering in pain and his body is once again healthy." Sons and Daughter-in-laws: Brent of Joshua, TX, Bryson and wife Renee of St Petersburg, FL and Matt and wife Genita of Joshua, TX. Mother: Bobby Hale of Granbury, TX, Siblings: Cindy Bray of Allen TX and Joe Hale and wife Paula of Joshua, TX. Sisters-in-law: Sally Schuck of Hot Springs Village, AR and Keni Johnson and husband Warren of Bimidji, MN. Grandchildren: Derek and Rhianna of Joshua TX and Conlan, Tristan and Landon of St Petersburg, FL. Bob is also survived by nieces, nephews and many great friends that were a large part of his life. The family wants to give thanks to all of the people who cared for Mokey during his illnesses, especially Doctors Rubina Khan, Sanjay Oommen, John Crawford, Joseph Ortenberg and Lynn Lester, along with the staffs of Harris Ft.Worth & Campus Dialysis. At Bob's request a private celebration of life will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016. The family has asked that in lieu flowers donations in his honor be made to the American Diabetes Association.
