ALVARADO -- Bonnie Christine Donnelly, 57, a loving mother, Memaw, sister, and friend, went home Wednesday, November 8, 2006 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Graveside service: 2:00 p.m., Monday. Burial: Hopewell Cemetery in Joshua. Visitation: 6-8 p.m., Sunday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Burleson. Bonnie was born July 11, 1949 in Compton, California to Wesley and Dorothy Christine Roy O'Dell. She married Michael Donnelly on Aug. 1, 1970 in Lawndale, California. She was a registered nurse and social worker who made a difference in all the lives she touched. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and her husband. The family would like to say a special thanks to Dr. Tamara McGregor, Dr. Carlos Mijares, Hospice of the West, Rev. Coleman and Betty McDuff, Charles Nutt, and Betty and Jeanette Burney. Survivors: Children, Michael, Erik, John and wife Catrina, Shannon, Andrea, Renae Menefield and Alyssa Willard; sister, Pat; brothers, Stan and Dave; grandchildren, Briana, April Black, Jourdan, Savannha, Cole, Hunter, Krystiona, Tatum, and Lane; several nieces, nephews, and miltiple great nieces and nephews.
