Graveside services for Carl E. Swindell will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019, at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, TX 75211.
Carl E. Swindell passed away Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019. He was born Aug. 6, 1933, in Henrietta, Oklahoma.
Carl retired after 20 years from the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul R. Swindell; mother, Ella M. Swindell; brother, Claude Swindell; grandson, Jason W. Swindell; and son-in-law, Jerry D Campbell.
He is survived by his wife, Juanita Faye Juarez Swindell; sons, Carl R. Swindell and wife, Becky, and Paul W. Swindell; daughters, Linda M. Swindell Braune and husband, Garland, and Debbie J. Swindell Campbell; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
