Carol Ann Bates

Carol Ann Ziegler Bates, a kind, caring daughter, sister, aunt and friend went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 25th, 2017. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 11am at the Dalton cemetery, followed by a memorial luncheon at the Dalton Senior Center. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Carol's memory to the Point West Community Bank, P.O. Box 67, Dalton Nebraska, 69131 in support of the Dalton Fire and Rescue. Carol was a very humble and caring person. She was always willing to lend a hand; she had a great sense of humor, and always wanted to make you laugh. Carol was preceded in death by her Parents Bob and Joan Ziegler, and numerous aunts and uncles. She is survived by her brother James (Peggy) Ziegler, and sisters Barbara (Karl) Haseley and Cathy Ziegler, nephew Ryan (Kristina) Ziegler, and nieces Stephanie Galvan, Erica Steele, and Whitney Ziegler, as well as one great nephew and five great nieces.
