BURLESON -- Carolina Alvarez, 16, a student, died Wednesday, Aug. 17, 2005, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug 20, 2005 at St. Matthew Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 380 N.W. Tarrant Ave. in Burleson. Burial: Oakwood Cemetery in Fort Worth. Visitation: 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the church. Memorials: St. Matthew Youth Ministry Fund, Box 182, Burleson, Texas 76097. Carolina was born April 3, 1989 in Dallas. She had an external joy for life and a smile for everyone. Special thanks to Dr. Samie Hadede and the medical staff at Cook Children's Medical Center.
