BURLESON -- Charles Henry Allard, 58, a truck driver in the construction business, died Friday, Nov. 10, 2006, in Sweetwater from injuries of an automobile accident. Funeral: 10 a.m. Wednesday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Burleson. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Charles was born Aug. 18, 1948, in Fort Worth to Charles and Madeleine Mandin Allard. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during Vietnam. He married Karen Cole on Dec. 31, 1993, in Burleson. Survivors: Wife, Karen Allard; daughter, Julie Williams and husband, Dennis; granddaughters, Nicole and Lexie Williams; mother, Madeleine Allard; brothers, Larry Allard and John Allard and wife, Laura; sisters, Carol Smith and husband, Howard, and Marguerite Evans and husband, Johnny; nieces, Christine Evans, Brenda Neighbors and husband, Noris, Jamie Allard, Brigitte Gatlin and husband, Steven, and Natalie and Lydia Lopez; nephews, Charlie Allard and Bobby Johnson III and wife, Lauren; three great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
