Charles Marion Mason

Charles Marion Mason Sr. was born in Spur on June 14, 1946 and passed away in Fort Worth on February 3, 2022.  He was a 1964 graduate of Burleson High School.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2022, at Burleson Church of Christ. Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. before the service. Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth.
He retired in 2008 from General Motors.  His interest included fishing, hunting, camping, and playing cards.  Charles was a devout Christian, and deeply loved his family and friends.
Charles is survived by his wife Kay Mason of 51 years, his brother Ralph and wife Sharron Mason, his sister Martha and husband David Ledbetter, his sister in-law Alicia Mason, and his sons Charlie and wife Page Mason, George and wife Julie Mason, and Mark and wife Cheryl Mason.  He had 9 grandchildren.
Charles was preceded in death by his father Sanford Jacob Mason Sr and mother Winnie Lee Mason, his brother Sanford Jacob Mason Jr.
