Charlie (Chuck) Doyle Brown Jr was born July 4, 1945, in Wichita County, Texas to Charlie Doyle Brown Sr. and Lorain Colston Brown. He passed peacefully at home with his family on July 30, 2022, in Burleson, Texas.

Charlie, better known as Chuck, served in the marines for 2 years after his service he worked as a truck driver and in the oilfield. He was a hard worker, a family man, and a jokester.

He is preceded in death by his parents, little sister, Patsy, and his daughter, Kimberly.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Brown of Burleson, Texas. His daughters, Ladonna Doughty and husband David of McKinney, Texas, Teri London and husband Brian of Joshua, Texas, and Sheri Wynns and husband Daniel of Joshua, Texas. His sons, Kelly Brinker and wife Nancy of Joshua, Texas, and Tommy Fergason of Grandview, Texas. His sister Barbara Sweat and husband Ed of Olney, Texas along with multiple nieces and nephews, 8 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Thursday August 4th at 10 am at Union Hill Cemetery. There will be a visitation held Wednesday August 3rd at Mountain Valley Funeral Home between 6 pm and 8 pm.
