Christopher Robert Morris

Christopher Robert Morris, 47, died Saturday, March 19, 2011, in a traffic accident in Burleson. Memorial service: Noon Thursday at Lighthouse Church of Burleson, 301 S. Dobson St., Burleson. Christopher was born Feb. 10, 1964, in Fort Worth to Robert Lee Morris and Sandra Chatellier Morris. He attended Burleson schools and worked many years in the ceramic tile and building industry. He was an avid treasure hunter and history buff with a special interest in the early years of Fort Worth and the Civil War. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert "Bobby" Lee Morris. Survivors: Mother and stepfather, Sandra and J.C. Ware; sisters, Anne Galbraith and husband, Robert, and Debbie Saleh; brother, Jerry Morris; and nieces and nephew, Emily, Molly, Samantha and Alec. His much-loved dog, Ginger, will miss him, too.
