Cynthia Ann Drummond Mooney

BURLESON -- Cynthia Ann Drummond Mooney, 47, of Burleson and a homemaker, departed peacefully from this life to her eternal heavenly home Friday, Feb. 15, 2008, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Cynthia was born March 19, 1960, to Cecil Franklin and Lillian Annie Pricn Drummond. She married Daniel Mooney on March 8, 1980, in Fort Worth. "Mom" was a gentle, loving, caring person who touched everyone she met. She was everyone's best friend and a motherly person. Words can't describe how much she will be missed and she will never be forgotten. We love you so much. We will see you again. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Venita Gill. Survivors: Husband, Daniel Mooney of Burleson; sons, Brandon Mooney of Cleburne and Caleb Mooney of Burleson; daughter, Jennifer Mooney of Burleson; brother, Gary Drummond and wife, June, of Fort Worth, stepbrother, Wayne Drummond of Troy; grandchildren, Jaelyn, Madison and Kolton Mooney; and numerous nieces and nephews.
