Survivors: fiancé, Merrilyn Davis; daughters, Kaylie Ann Sturgis, Zandra Marie Davis; father, David Michael Sturges; mother, Debbie Vaughan and step-father, Ricky; step-mother, Judy Chamberlain; brother, Joshua Sturges, Greg Sturges; grandparents, Harris and Martha Gentry, Ilse Hodges, and Dan Sturges; step-brother, Ricky Vaughan, Jr.; Step-sisters, Delinda Vaughan, Melissa Vaughan; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
