BURLESON -- Darren Wayne Cranford, 43, of Burleson passed away Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Burleson Memorial Park in Burleson. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of Burleson or the charity of your choice. Darren was born Dec. 27, 1967, in Fort Worth. He graduated from Burleson High School in 1986. Darren earned a bachelor's degree from Albernia College in 2003. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1994-1999. He loved to read and travel. Darren was a fan of the Texas Rangers and the Dallas Cowboys. He was preceded in death by brother, Greg M. Cranford. Survivors: Dad and mom, Randy and Eileen Cranford of Burleson; mother, Jonne Martin of Stephenville; brother, Steven Cranford and wife, Stephanie, of Anchorage, Alaska; nieces and nephews, Mary and James Cranford; grandmother, F. Marie Cleveland of Burleson; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
