Dave Tatum

BURLESON -- Dave Tatum, 70, a retired dry wall and paint contractor, died Monday, Nov. 28, 2005, in Burleson. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Burleson. Cabe David Tatum Jr. was born Feb. 9, 1935, in Arlington to Cabe and Herschell Murl Ledbetter Tatum. He married Johnnie Cotten on June 6, 1968. He loved hunting and fishing. He was of the Pentecostal faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, three brothers and one sister. Survivors: Sons, Wes Tatum and wife, Jennifer, of Burleson and Shawn Tatum and wife, Pam, of Burleson; daughters, Debra Goff and husband, Jim, of Rendon and Crystal Renken and husband, Ryan, of Fort Worth; sister, Loretta Williams of Arkansas; grandchildren, Kyra, Cabe III and Ashley Tatum, and Gary, Penny and David Goff; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other family members.
