David Wayne Jean

David Wayne Jean, 62, of Fort Worth, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018. Funeral Services: 1PM Friday, February 2, 2018 at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation: 6-8PM Thursday, February 1st at the funeral home. David was born October 5, 1955 in Waco to Otto and LaVillia (Melius) Jean. He loved watching sports, especially Cowboys football, and taking his grandchildren to Fossil Rim. David retired from the Postal Service after 39 years. He had a great sense of humor and was loved by everyone. David was preceded in death by his twin brother, Daniel Dwayne Jean. Survivors: daughters, Jennifer Partleton and husband, Benjamin of Haltom City, Shalyn Jean of Fort Worth, Traci Jean of Fort Worth, and Jada Jean of Joshua; grandchildren, Kevin Jean, Richard Jean, Mya Smith, Madison Partleton, Aliyah Clayton, Ella Partleton, Bria Nelson, Gracelyn Partleton, and Carissa Nelson; 2 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Cindy Hampton and husband, Roy, also Renee Cavazos and husband, Richard; 2 brothers, Otto Jean, and Randy Jean and wife, Renee; many extended family and friends.
