Dell Dickerson, 88, has went home to Jesus on April 27, 2014. Funeral Mass: 10:00 AM, Friday, May 2, 2014 at St. Ann Catholic Church of Burleson. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Ft. Worth. Rosary: 6-8 PM, Thursday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Dell was born March 27, 1926, in Stephenville to Bryant and Beaulah Mae (Swanner) Cox. She was a loving wife, mother, caring grandmother and great grandmother. Dell was a successful Insurance agency manager in the 1950's. Her 40 years plus fellowship at St. Ann's Catholic Church was key to her spiritual happiness. She was considered a community activist in Burleson, with active membership in many organizations. Leo Dickerson Sr.'s wife for 40 years, Leo Sr. was the love of her life. She was preceded in death by herparents; husband Leo Dickerson Sr.; brother, James Cox ; sister Dorothy Obel; granddaughter, Kelly Janosek ; grandson, Bryant Janosek, and granddaughter, Jessica Yezak. Survivors: brother, Bill and June Cox; children, Peggy Janosek, Leo Jr. and Ronda Dickerson, John and Pat Dickerson, Cindy Miller, Sara and Bill Mathis, Nola and Troy Sweatman; Grandchildren, Keith & Miriam Janosek, Chad Janosek, Jason and Monica Dickerson, Justin Dickerson, CJ Miller, Lauren Miller, Christopher Tilton, Makenzi Stuckwisch, Paige Sweatman, and Hanna Sweatman; 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and 4 great grandchildren, and extended family and friends.
