Dominic Joseph DiBartolomeo, age 85, of Joshua, a retired sheet metal worker, died Thursday March 3, 2011. Funeral: 2 pm Saturday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Caddo Cemetery in Joshua. No Visitation Scheduled. Dominic was born Jan. 20, 1926 in Haverhill, Mass. to Onofrio and Anna Bisceglie DiBartolomeo. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Dominic proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII in the Battle of the Bulge under General George Patton. He was a member of the N.W. Community Church in Phoenix, Az. Dominic also loved woodworking and mowing on his tractor. Survivors: Wife, Judith DiBartolomeo of Joshua; daughters, Pam DelCurto and husband Randy of Joshua, Sheila Adamo and husband Frank of Phoenix, Az. Kathleen House and husband Ed of Phoenix, Az. ; sons, Pat DiBartolomeo and wife Sharon of Minnesota, Dixon Richardson and wife Pam of Phoenix, Az. , Michael DiBartolomeo and wife Christy of Joshua; sisters, Mary Carrabes, Laura Conte; 13 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
