Dorthy Tubbs

Dorthy Mary Miller was born November 22, 1934 to Freida Sadau Miller and Ray Miller in Archer County Texas. She moved to Lubbock, Texas when she was 18 and met the love of her life Teddy Terry Tubbs. They only dated 6 weeks before they married on April 7th, 1953. They enjoyed traveling together and playing dominoes with family and friends. She worked as a nurse until she retired at 88 years old. She was a life long Seventh day Adventist. She loved holidays when all the kids and grandchildren would come together because family meant so much to her.
She is preceded in death by husband, parents, siblings Lois Farquer, Jay Miller and granddaughter Kaleigh Moss.
She is survived by her children Terry Tubbs and wife Pam and granddaughter Teliahluz, daughter Linda Scott and husband Lee, granddaughter Kallie and grandson Jon and wife Ally and son Travis Todd Tubbs and wife Kirsten, grandchildren Wyatt, Hannah and Sam. Siblings include Margie Bullock and husband Bob, Charlie Miller and wife Sue, Glenda Hudson, and Mary Watson and numerous nieces and nephews.
