Elizabeth Ann Slayback

Elizabeth Ann Slayback, 62, of Henryetta, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2011, in Fort Worth, Texas. Elizabeth was born November 4, 1949, in McCalister, Oklahoma, to the Late Jay, and Carrie Justus Snowder. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mike Slayback; brother, Allen Snowder; and son, Little Dickey Turknett. A dinner in celebration of her life will be held 2PM Saturday, December 3, 2011, at Immanuel Baptist Church, 805 W. Broadway, Henryetta, Oklahoma. Survivors include sons, Brian Keith Justus, of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Russell Justus, and wife Bonnie, of Burleson, Texas, Gerald Ray Duran,Jr., of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; daughter, Kimberly Ann Perkins, of Henryetta, Oklahoma; grandsons, Brandon Justus, of Hawaii, Damian Duran, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Dakota Justus, of Burleson, Texas; granddaughters, Brittany Boggs, and husband, Jaytee, and Whitney Justus, both of Burleson, Texas, Alexis Duran, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; sisters, Kathy Corley,and Flo James, and husband, John, both of Henryetta, Oklahoma; and a host of loving extended family and friends.
