Eloise Renfro

Eloise Renfro, born September 22,1926 and passed away on September 27, 2024, at the age of 98 years and 5 days. Her life began in Corsicana, Tx, and she graduated from High School in Henrietta, Tx. She met Robert Leon Renfro while working at Sheppard Air Force base in Wichita Falls. They were married on May 30, 1946 after a two month courtship, and celebrated 59 years of marriage.
During her life, Eloise worked for the Civil Service, was a devoted wife, mother, and homemaker. Later in life, she and Robert became tour guides and enjoyed traveling and accommodating travelers.
She was a devoted Christian all her life and lived to honor God, bless others, and enjoy this life as she prepared for the next life.
Eloise was preceded in death by her husband Robert Leon and by her only child, Mark. She is survived by a large number of extended family and many dear friends.
A graveside memorial will be held at 10:30 Thursday morning, Oct. 3rd, at the Laurel Land Cemetery on Crowley Road. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Eloise may be made to the Burleson Church of Christ.
