Frances Ollene Vaughn

BURLESON -- Frances Ollene Vaughn, 70, of Burleson, a retired assistant terminal operator, died Sunday Dec. 12, 2009, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Cresson Cemetery. Vistitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Ollene was born June 2, 1939, in Johnson County to Olin Ellis and Frances Inez Huggins Whitehead. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Ollene loved her family very much. She loved to spend time with her grandsons and was very involved in their activities and school events. She also enjoyed painting. Survivors: Husband, Leroy Vaughn of Burleson; son, Rusty Vaughn and wife, Kay, of Burleson; brother, James Whitehead and wife, Jessie, of Alvarado; grandsons, Brennen and Kennedy Vaughn of Burleson; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
