Frankie J. Truly

Frankie Truly, our loving mother, passed away Thursday, February 2,2012,in Burleson. Service: 11AM Monday, February 6, First United Methodist Church of Burleson. Visitation: 1-3PM Sunday, February 5, at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Burial: Burleson Memorial Park. Frankie was preceded in death by her favorite motorcycle pilot, her husband, Gene. Now together in heaven they will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary on February 14th. Everyone knew how much she loved her family.Survivors include: children, Gene Jr, (Bonnie) Truly, Val (Phil) Daenzer, Mike (Patti) Truly, Mindy (Dave) Davis. Siblings Wilda (Leon) Dorsey, Gary (Suzanne) Priddy, grandchildren, Heather, Shaun, Jordan, Tiffany, Melissa, Ashton, Dakota, 9 great grandchildren and especially her faithful four-legged friend, Annie. Frankie was full of fun and always on the move. She enjoyed reading, sports and was active in the 1st United Methodist Church, Co-workers Sunday School, Women's Bible Study and Swimmin' Women. She retired in 1991 as a BISD school secretary. Memorial tributes may be made to 1st United Methodist Music Ministry.
