Fred Wayne Blackwell, 83, of Burleson, Texas, passed away on November 24, 2019. He was born to parents Fred Wyatt Blackwell and Ruby Altha Blackwell, on August 31, 1936 in Pampa, Texas.
Fred worked as a Certified Public Accountant for 58 years. He never retired. Fred met Virginia "Ginna" Blackwell in 1946. They were married on June 12, 1955 in Lefors, Texas. Together they raised 3 children: Douglas, Gayle, and Robert.
Fred is survived by his wife, Ginna Blackwell, daughter, Gayle Richardson and husband Brian, son, Robert Blackwell and wife Hollie, sister, Bettye Sue Clegg, and grandchildren; Destanie Parks, Makayla Hebert, Makenzie Blackwell, and Daniel Blackwell, and great-grandchildren; Derrick Hebert, Dante Parks, Arielle Parks, and Lei'Lani Hebert, and nephews; Lynn Wilson, Rodney Wilson, Howard Wilson, John Ayers, Bill Tooker, Brad Davis, Travis Davis, Jason Wilson, and nieces'; Nancy Tooker, Judy Powers, Jane Javine, Teena Keene, Tayne Morrisey, and Sharon Dupuy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Fred W. and Ruby Blackwell, son; Douglas Blackwell, and sister; Evelyn Shelton.
