Gaylen Ray Lamb, 81, a retired Santa Fe Railroad employee, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Thursday in Caddo Cemetery in Joshua. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Gaylen was born in Wellington, Kan., to Thomas W. Lamb and Etta Gaynell Kincheloe Lamb on Aug. 13, 1932. He married Mary Jane on Jan. 23, 1954. Survivors: Sons, Timothy and wife, Debra, of Godley and Mitch Lamb and girlfriend, Dawn, of Joshua; daughter, Rhonda of Joshua; grandchildren, Brandi, Cody, Kacie, Ashlie and husband, Matt, Tabatha and husband, Tony, Aaron and wife, Melissa, Kenda and husband, Jon, Dwayne and wife, Brandi; great-grandchildren, Haley, Hanna, Hagan, Addy, Landon, Olivia, Elly, Zach, Kolton, Kassidi, Gunner and Kannon; several nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
