Gloria Annette "Suzie" Chapman Medley, 63 of Lenoir City, TN., a retired registered nurse, departed this life on June 16, 2009 in Lenoir City, TN. Funeral: 10 am Monday in Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel in Burleson. Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth. Visitation: 4-6 pm Sunday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Memorials: In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Saint Jude Childrens Hospital in Tennessee or the American Cancer Society. Gloria was born Sept. 25, 1945 in Fort Worth to Odell Kenneth and Mildred L. Vaden Chapman. Suzie "Mom" touched many lives in her short time here. She enjoyed nursing, traveling, and time spent with family and friends. She will be dearly missed and in our hearts forever. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Quintis and Grace Chapman, her parents, a brother, Kenneth Dale Chapman, and a sister, Judy Kaye Chapman Davenport. Survivors: Son, David Terry and wife Karen of TN.; daughter, Stacey Hoch and husband Rich of Burleson; mother, Dianne Chapman of Burleson; brother, Lynn Chapman of Burleson; grandsons, Robert Smith of Burleson, David Terry Jr., of Fort Worth, Jake Hoch of burleson; aunt, Ruby Garrett; uncle, Troy Chapman; one niece and one nephew.
