BURLESON -- Grover Lee Smith, 64, a retired truck driver for Charlie's Concrete in Crowley, died Monday, Jan. 23, 2006, in Fort Worth. Funeral: 11 a.m. Thursday at Faith Temple Church in Cleburne. Burial: Rose Hill Cemetery, Cleburne. Visitation: 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Burleson. Grover was born April 21, 1941, in Fort Worth to Ernest Edward and Tina B. Robinson Smith. He married Imajean Sneed on May 29, 1965, in Cleburne. He loved fishing, camping and riding his scooter. He was a member of Faith Temple Church in Cleburne. He was predeceased by his parents; son, Grover Leon Smith; five brothers; and two sisters. Survivors: Wife of 40 years, Imajean Smith of Burleson; daughter, Becky Bills and husband, Leslie, of Joshua; granddaughter, Tamatha Gunn and husband, Jason, of Joshua; brother, James Smith Sr. and wife, Paula, of Burleson; sister, Beatrice Newby and husband, Cary, of Burleson; stepsister, Barbara Green of Burleson; stepfather, W.A. Sefcik of Burleson; several nieces and nephews; other family members; and many friends.
