Harrell was born in Cleburne, TX on July 24, 1947. Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nelda. Harrell is survived by his sons Dale and Doug along with Doug's wife Shay and their children Jaxon and Jentry, and a host of family and friends. You will always be loved and forever in our memories.
