Helen E. Hall, who was long-time resident of Burleson, TX died on March 19, 2015 at her new home in Hendersonville, NC. Born in 1927 to a family who immigrated from Germany and Romania to Monroeville, PA. Helen's family later moved to CA when she was in high school. There she met her husband, Bill, who predeceased her in 2009. They had been married for 63 years. She is survived by son, Michael Hall, and wife Sherrie, and daughter, Katharine E. Burge, and husband Larry. Helen is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Melissa Eeds, Amy Hinesley, Erik Harmon, and Quentin Hall; 10 great grandchildren, Lindsey Anderson, Zachary Olsen, Emily Eeds, Kelsey Olson, Courtney Eeds, Alan Eeds, Natalie Harmon, Brooke Hall, Madison Hall, and Porter Harmon; and 2 great-great grandchildren, Stella Anderson and Lane Olsen, all of whom she loved very much and who brought great joy to her later years. Helen was an active member of the United Methodist Church in Burleson for 56 years, and a long-time member of the Eumathian Club. Helen enjoyed hosting family gatherings at her home, cooking, reading and especially gardening. She had a quick wit and a beautiful smile that could light up a room. She devoted much of her time and energy to her family as a homemaker and mother. The Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Burleson, has been entrusted with arrangements. There will be a graveside service at 11:00 AM on March 27, 2015 at the Burleson Cemetery. Family and friends are welcome to come celebrate Helen's life at Mountain Valley Funeral Home on March 26, 2015 between the hours of 5:00PM and 7:00PM.
