Jackie Lee Barnes, 79, of Joshua, passed away Friday, June 19, 2015, in Fort Worth. Jackie was Born May 18, 1936, in Lueders, Jones County, to Arvil and Oleta (Kirkland) Barnes. He was preceded in death by his wife of 29 years, Sherry Barnes; and brother, Alex Barnes. Graveside Service: 2PM Monday, June 22, at Caddo Cemetery, Joshua. Visitation: 5-6PM Sunday, Mountain Valley Funeral Home, Joshua. Jack was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local #20 for 58 years. Survivors: wife of 29 years, Irene Barnes, of Joshua; son, Randy Barnes, of Keene; daughters, Karen Kypfer, of Irving, Roberta Hornbeck, of Longview, Sherisa Clark, of Ft. Worth; 6 grandchildren, Misty, John, Sharon, Holly, Alexander, & Emily; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Harold Barnes, of Lufkin; and loving friends. in Lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Caddo Cemetery, P.O.
