Interment of cremains, Caddo Cemetery, Joshua. James was born on March 18, 1949 to James (Sr.) and Marcie Capps, in Wichita, Kansas. Survivors: wife, Nancy Capps, sons, Timothy Capps and wife Maria, Benjamin Capps and wife Amy, daughter, Rachael Ross and husband Zane, grandchildren, Tyler, Caitlen, Alex, Reagen, Sophia, William, Jeremiah, Abigail, and Asher, great-grandchild, Rowen, sister, Betsy Jo Breen, best friends, Sherry Merritt, and Royce and LeAnn Farris, and a host of other extended loved ones and friends.
