James Lee Mcdaniel

James Lee McDaniel, 83 of Joshua, passed away Thursday March 31, 2016. Service: None scheduled, James was born in Beardstown, Illinois on June 15, 1932 to Jesse and Mayme McDaniel. James proudly served as a Senior Chief Petty Officer, during his Navel Career. He loved dogs, and all animals in general. James was a kind and loving father, husband and grandpa, with a wicked sense of humor. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Jane Casler McDaniel, and brother, David McDaniel. Survivors: brother, John McDaniel of Norfolk, VA, daughter, Cynthia Santopietro and son-in-law Eduardo Souza of Warwick, RI, son, Lon Casler Bixby of Burbank, CA, Daughters-in-law, Grace Harrell of Burbank, CA, and Nonie Cajot of Burbank, CA, grandsons, Jordon Kelly, Christopher Harrell, and Colin Cotter, extended family, Sandy Cotter, Sheryl Simpson, Kristen Young and a host of many other loved ones and friends.
