January 22, 1973 — May 15, 2018

Phillip ‘Jason' Szurgot, 45, of Burleson, Texas passed away May 15, 2018. Jason loved playing his guitar. He loved writing music, laughing and making others laugh, and driving on country roads. Jason had a huge heart for his nieces and nephews. Jason is survived by; his mother, Sharon Szurgot of Joshua, Texas. Brother: Matthew Szurgot, Sisters: Kari Davis, Stephanie Tatum and Grandmother: Maxine Szurgot, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends. Jason was preceded in death by his father: Phillip Szurgot, sister; Kelly Llamas, grandparents: Ben Szurgot, Charles & Mary Haugrud, uncle: Steven Haugrud.
