Jean A.. Dickerson

BURLESON -- Jean A. Dickerson, 73, of Burleson, a retired accountant, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, in Bastrop. Funeral: 2 p.m. Monday, Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Greenacres Memorial Park in Cleburne. Jean was born Oct. 12, 1937, in Nocona. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Jean loved life and nature. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Linnie Ruffer; in-laws, Estes and Evelyn Dickerson; and brother, Floyd Davis. Survivors: Husband, Charles E. Dickerson of Burleson; sons, Paul E. Dickerson of Rio Vista, Kenneth C. Dickerson and wife, Terrie, of Rio Vista; grandchildren, Kenneth, Madison, Paige and Colt; sisters, Doris Palmer and husband, Jim, of Joshua, Cindy Seago and her son, Tyler, of Cedar Creek; extended family and friends.
