Jonita Louise "Nana" Pugh

BURLESON -- Jonita Louise "Nana" Pugh, 56, of Burleson died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007, in Waco. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Thursday in Greenwood Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home. Jonita was born Nov. 5, 1951, in San Angelo to Joseph Oliver and Neta Joy Burleson Smith. She married John Pugh on June 12, 1971 in Fort Worth. Jonita loved gardening, spending time with grandchildren and being involved in their activities. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors: Husband, John Pugh of Burleson; son, Jonathan Pugh of Cleburne; daughters, JoAnn Wright and husband, Bill, of Hamilton and Janis York of Burleson; mother, Neta Joy Smith of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Tristan, Harley, Skylar, Hannah, Shane and Hoby; sister, Carol Moore of Fort Worth; niece, Danice Novak; and nephew, Michael Moore.
