Joyce Christine Fitch

Joyce Christine "Cricket" Fitch, 70, of Keene passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2015. She was born Dec. 1, 1944, in El Dorado, Ark., to Gordon Edward McKinnon and Lillie Mae Caldwell. A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday in the Mountain Valley Funeral Home Chapel. Cricket worked as a nurse, loved the Texas Rangers and enjoyed cooking and reading. Her faith was important to her. Cricket is survived by her daughters, Connie Shaw and husband, Randy, of Keene and Annie Johnson and husband, James, of Katy; three grandchildren, Katie Dean, Ian Campbell and Dylan Johnson; two great-grandchildren; and five sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Fitch; parents; two sisters; and one brother.
