GRANDVIEW -- Juanita Foust Gilley, 82, of Grandview, a homemaker, died Thursday, July 12, 2007, in Grandview. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church of Burleson. Burial: Laurel Land Memorial Park in Fort Worth. Visitation: 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Burleson. Mrs. Gilley, known as "Sandy" by many of her frinds, was born Oct. 23, 1924, in Rock Creek to J.W. and Lula Bryant Foust. She was a graduate of Everman High School and married James Gilley on April 8, 1944, in Burleson. She was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed crochet and cooking and loved her family dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Dorothy Presley. Survivors: Husband of 63 years, James Gilley of Grandview; sons, Mike Gilley and wife, Louise, of Grandview and Bill Gilley and wife, Belinda, of Grandview; daughters, Diana Terry and husband, Dennis, of Burleson and Melissa Wilson and husband, Richard, of Hillsboro; sisters, Faye Sands of Lake City, S.C., and Jo Marriott of Fort Worth; 13 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
