Kate Lynn Langford

RENDON -- Kate Lynn Langford, 16, of Rendon, a student at Worley Middle School in Mansfield, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, and joined her brother, Ryan, in heaven Monday, Jan. 19, 2009, at her residence after a lengthy battle with cancer. Memorial service: 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Blackstock Center at Calvary Church, 700 McPherson Rd., Fort Worth. Interment: Private family burial. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, Kate requested that donations be made to Philip Cameron Ministries, care of Kate Langford for orphans and teenage girls, P.O. Box 241241, Montgomery, Ala. 36124. Kate Lynn Langford was born May 18, 1992, in Fort Worth. She was very loved by her family and will be missed dearly. She was preceded in death by her brother, Ryan Langford, and a grandmother, Darlene King. Survivors: Mother and stepfather, Julie and Shane Sullaway; father, David Langford; brother, Alex Langford; grandparents, Dale King, Jack and Jean Langford; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
