He was preceded in death by his father, Eugene.
He is survived by his wife, Judy; daughter, April; grandson, Edmond; mother, Erma; sisters, Sandra Franklin and Sherry Amason and husband, Keith; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service for Keith Douglas Souhrada will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 9, 2019, at Mountain Valley Funeral Home.
