BURLESON -- Kenneth N. Pippin, 75, died Monday, Jan. 8, 2007, in Fort Worth. Memorial service: 4 p.m. Thursday at St. Matthew Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Burleson, 380 NW Tarrant Ave., Burleson. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Mountain Valley Funeral Home in Burleson. Memorials: Memorial donations may be made to the St. Matthew Cumberland Presbyterian Church Benevolence Fund. Kenneth N. Pippin was born Jan. 20, 1931, in Grandview to Lewis Guston and Eva Lee Polson Pippin. He proudly served his country in the U.S Army during Korea. He married Eleene Glaze on April 2, 1960, in Strawn. He worked for S&H Green Stamps for 23 years and retired from Americana Foods after many years of service. Mr. Pippin was a member of St. Matthew Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Burleson. He was an avid golfer who loved his family, and was very proud of his children and grandchildren. Survivors: Wife of 46 years, Eleene Pippin of Burleson; son, Keith Pippin and wife, Christie, of Angleton; daughter, Angela Hobby and husband, Scott, of Cleburne; brother, Al Pippin of Burleson; sister, Bess Ware of Duncanville; grandchildren, Lexie Hobby, Rowan and Riley Pippin; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
